South Side Help Center (SSHC) is purposed to help people of all ages embrace a lifestyle of prevention against mental, physical and social ills by providing positive, healthy alternatives so that community residents can lead productive lives. South Side Help Center (SSHC) has been serving Chicago's South Side for over thirty years. Our programs and services have grown and evolved so that we may better serve the needs of our clients and community. However, our reason for being remains the same: to provide people with positive healthy alternatives.
